We understand that the work carried out on old buildings must be very careful with their architectural and heritage value. In this sense, façanes decoración provides technical advice to its clients regarding the maintenance and improvement of facades, especially if they are old buildings.
Façanes decoración provides a complete service when it comes to facade restoration: from the first site visit with technical advice (analysis and detection of pathologies in the building, as well as detection of valuable elements that the facade presents). We can make proposals on what restoration tasks should be done and prepare budgets according to the different execution options.
In addition to stuccoing the walls with lime, we can restore those architectural elements of value that the facade presents (stone, wood, iron, terracotta, etc.). In the event that the stucco coating is what needs to be restored, we would advise the client on what interventions should be made: Restoration of original stuccos, consolidation and reintegration of new mortars with old ones, pictorial reintegration with lime glazes and natural pigments, borders and sgraffito.
